a cancer diagnosis. She will come and talk about her work and some of the strategies that she uses.

Lymphoedema Janet Thompson will be joining us from Velindre to give us the latest update on Lymphoedema treatment and management.

& Acupuncture Our AGM is the time when the group hears about what we do, why we do things,
how we do things and to encourage members to come and join us. After the official part (not very long) Catherine Fear
will talk about how acupuncture can be used to help us.

Boxall, Lead Occupational Therapist at Velindre hospital, will be giving us ideas that we can use when fatique 'hits'
us. This meeting will also be our 'Easter chocolate raffle' so bring anything with a chocolate theme!

you tried Tai Chi? Christie Butterick, a Tai Chi instructor, will explain the benefits that many people have found from
using Tai Chi after breast cancer treatment. There will also be an opportunity to try out some of the basic movements.

1pm - 3pm Hat-making Workshop Following the great success and popularity of our last crochet workshop, we have persuaded Mair Williams, from
the Spinners Guild, to return and repeat her 'Hat-making workshop'.Mair and her friends will be there to teach and
guide us through the basics of making a hat and all that is needed is a ball of wool and the appropriate size hook(listed
on the wool band).

Tea Our annual Strawberry Tea, in aid of Breast Cancer Care, will take place in the Canolfan, just opposite
the Margaret Whittaker lounge (follow signs). Dr Annabel Borley, consultant oncologist at Velindre hospital, Cardiff,
will update us on the progress being made in the latest treatments for breast cancer and there will be strawberries
and cakes to enjoy.

with Menopausal Symptoms Gail Williams, Breast Care Nurse, has specialised in the study and teatment
of Menopausal Symptoms following a breast cancer diagnosis. She will be coming to tell us the latest ways of managing these
